StretchyTimer is a tool for timing intervals. It is not a medical device. You should consult with a physician or other healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or stretching program. Use of the app is at your own risk. Massive Interface, LLC is not responsible for any injuries or health problems you may experience as a result of using the app.

3. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights of any nature in the app together with the underlying software code are owned directly by Massive Interface, LLC.

4. Limitation of Liability

Massive Interface, LLC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from the use of StretchyTimer.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Massive Interface, LLC is registered.
